SermonCraft Pro provides AI-powered tools for sermon preparation, ministry planning, and church management. You may use the Service for lawful ministry and personal purposes. You agree not to:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately via the contact page at sermoncraftpro.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Free trials (7 or 14 days) are available on paid plans. A valid payment card is required to start a trial. Your card will be charged automatically after the trial period ends unless you cancel before it expires. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period. Cancellations take effect at the next renewal date.
Content generated by SermonCraft Pro using AI is provided as a tool for ministry preparation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the theological accuracy of any content you use in ministry. SermonCraft Pro does not guarantee the doctrinal accuracy of AI-generated content. Always apply your own theological judgment before preaching or distributing generated content.
Content you create using SermonCraft Pro belongs to you. SermonCraft Pro retains ownership of the platform, its code, design, and underlying AI systems. "SermonCraft Pro" and the ✛ mark are trademarks of SermonCraft Pro. You may not use our name or marks without written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your ministry data seriously. Congregation data you enter is used only to personalize your AI outputs and is never sold or shared with third parties.
If you connect your Planning Center account, you authorize SermonCraft Pro to access your Planning Center data (service plans, people, congregation information) on your behalf via OAuth. We store only the access token required to make API calls. We do not store your Planning Center password. You can disconnect the integration at any time.
SermonCraft Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and we may delete your data after a 30-day retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
